How I handle your information.

MK Cheese Consultancy is operated by Martin Knapp. I am responsible for personal information you provide when you contact me or work with me.

Information I collect

This may include your name, role, business contact details and the information contained in correspondence or documents you choose to send me.

How I use it

I use this information to respond to enquiries, discuss and provide services, keep appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. My lawful bases will normally be taking steps towards or performing a contract, legitimate interests in operating the consultancy, or compliance with a legal obligation.

Sharing and retention

I do not sell personal information. I share it only with service providers needed to operate the business, professional advisers, or where the law requires it. Information is kept only for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, working relationship, record keeping or legal obligations.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, or object to or restrict how it is used, where the law gives you those rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
